How will I receive information?
Online Platforms
Our Discord Server is our main mode of communication, it is an easy way for us to update everyone on happenings in the club.
It will be used for announcements, events, social activities, competitions sign-ups etc.
You need to join and check the server regularly.
There are different channels you will be assigned depending on what you need - beginners, novices, compounds, etc!
If you're not sure how to use Discord, please contact our Webmaster.
We also use our social media to provide updates, on Instagram and Facebook.
Our Secretary will occasionally send you information via your student email address. Make sure you keep an eye out.
NOTE: For the most up-to-date information, you need to use Discord, as that will not be sent via email.
In person
There is a Notice Board in the entry room of the range with some key information, such as committee information, training times and competition checklists.
NOTE: For the most up-to-date information, you need to use Discord, as the Notice Board might not be fully updated, or always accessible, as it is within the locked areas of the range entrance.
